There is a friend of my mother so he made good services.
生春巻きーっ♪ This is raw spring roll.
お造りーっ♪♪（サービスで出してくれた！）There are raw sliced fish.
ティラミスーっ♪♪♪（これもサービス！！）This is tiramisu.
料理もお酒もおいしかったし、綺麗で雰囲気もよかったよ★
Foods and drinks are very delicious and clean and good mood★

It's in Akashi... maybe that's a bit too far, though. How long does it take from Sannomiya to Zenya?

The Japanese word「サービスで」means "for free" or "at a discount", but the English "service" doesn't.
So your mother's friend offered sliced raw fish (slices of raw fish) and tiramisu for free (or at a discount) :-)
